Ang katagang ito na sinasabing spiritual martial arts ay isang pagpapakita ng galing gamit ang mga makapangyarihang orascion na nagmula pa sa mga pamana o lumang kaalaman ito din ang ginagamit ng mga sinaunang mandirigma noon sa pilipinas para mapaglabanan ang mga taong sumakop sa ating bansa dito sa pinas sa panahon ngayun medyo kakaunti lang ang mga taong nabibiyaan kung marami man di na din ito bihira na mapapaandar sa isang ordinaryong tao kung sya ay may maliit na poder sa kanyang sarili.
Ito ang mga halimbawa sa Spiritual martial arts:
1. Nagpapataga sa katawan at hindi sila naaano, kilala dito ang grupong haring bakal sa kakayahan nila na kung sino man ang umanib sa kanila tatagain ng itak at sila ay di maaano sa taglay nilang orascion na galing sa hiwaga ng dios.
2. Lumalakad sa apoy, sa panahon ngayun ay kilala dito ang sinasabing mga babaylan na kung sila ay may ritwal na gagawin sila ay lumalakad at sumasayaw sayaw pa sa baga ng apoy at hindi sila mapapaso.
